México: Un mapa culinario de plantas comestibles
The work consists of ten small books: nine feature texts, illustrations, and reflections on Mexico’s edible plants, and when arranged together, they form a large map. The tenth book acts as a reference, including a miniature of the complete map and a list of scientific names with their Spanish and English equivalents. Collectively, these volumes portray the country’s culinary biodiversity, blending tradition, science, and poetry. This is a special edition, a one-of-a-kind copy for the W. Van Alan Clark, Jr. Library at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts (SMFA).
